Please note that, while the admission of a member is at the discretion of the Committee, typically members must be practising lawyers (whether solicitors, chartered legal executives, barristers or other) who operate in the contentious trusts and estates field of practice and cannot have been a partner, partner equivalent (e.g., a director) or KC for more than two years at the point of applying to become a member. Only members of the association can attend our seminars and other social events, but the annual international conference is open to non-members.
